Say the name of the Gym, Capital Gymnastics, and you're more then likely to hear two names, Ashley Postell and Katie Heenan. Little might you know, Capital also has a mens program, where they built up, one of the strongest gymnasts from the NCAA. Justin was only 19 when he finished as an NCAA All American at the National Championships in 2004. In 2005 Justin made a huge name for himself on the NCAA scene as he placed second all around at the Big Ten Championships, and went on to win the parallel bars title at the NCAA Championships. Justin's senior year went just as well as the previous years as he won the Nissen Emery Award as well as the High Bar and Parallel Bars title at the 2006 NCAA Championships.

Justin has now finished his NCAA Career and is continuing in the sport as a USA Olympic Team Member! This site is no longer updated but is remaining as a tribute to Justin. If you want to follow Justin in his career check out his website at www.justinspringgymnastics.com
